It was decades back when Mr. Suraj Mal Parihar laid the foundation stone of our venture named Natural Mehandi Powder Udhyog. The Proprietor of our company, Mr. Vishal Parihar, joined in the year 2012 and under his direction, the company has set new benchmarks in the industry. He invented many new colors of henna as well as herbal mixers because of which our customer base was impressed. Mr. Kishore Parihar (Six Sigma Black Belt Certified) is assisting the CEO as Deputy Manager and is excellently handling the marketing department. It is the hard work of our leaders and all other team members that has enabled our company to emerge as the best organic manufacturer of hair and face care products that are free from any side effects.

Infrastructure

We have been able to maintain high quality in our products like Nayab Organic Black, Nayab Organic Kapoor Kachari Face Pack, Nayab Herbs Jatamasi, Nayab Herbs Manjista, etc., because of advanced infrastructural facilities. There are not only different machines but various cells that help us in smooth functioning. Some main divisions of our unit are Procurement, where the raw materials are kept. Other units include:

• Manufacturing cell, where the production process takes place.
• Testing unit, wherein the quality of products is checked.
• Packaging, where the packing of the array is done.
  

Our Manufacturing Process

We purchase henna leaves from farmers and after collection, get rid of the low quality ones. The henna leaves are then dried with the help of natural sunlight. Once they are completely dry, we filter them to remove impurities.  Thereafter, we grind henna leaves using automatic machines to make a smooth powder, and we filter this powder a number of times on different mash of 120 to 300. At last, to protect the manufactured item from unwanted factors, we pack them in airtight material, which protects their shelf life for up to 5 long years.
